This page is dedicated to our 2008 Summer
Litter. Enjoy viewing this previous 2008 summer litter and there are many updates on our puppy update pages!!
Below is a chart of the 7 puppies weights at 7 1/2 weeks
old.
(Check out
the weight difference between the smallest (Sedona) and the largest (Cody). This is the first litter I have had 2 puppies
so different in weights. Sedona was very small at birth compared to the others but don't let her size fool you,
she runs just as fast and plays just as hard as her brothers and sisters.)

This litter has the same parents as our Summer 2007 litter.
Double Pipe Creeks Buttercup & Chester of Green Acres
Below are pictures from the time this litter was with us before leaving with their new families.
The picture above was taken about a half hour after the first puppy was born.
The first puppy was born at 11:34pm Sunday. The first puppy was a female!!
The picture above was taken after the second puppy was born. The 2nd puppy
was a male and arrived at 12:15am. Buttercup is tending to them as any good mother would.
The picture above is obviously myself looking over Buttercup and babies,
waiting patiently for our next arrival.
The picture above is when Buttercup had 3 puppies born and we are all waiting
on the rest.
The picture above was taken shortly after the 4th puppy arrived, which was a male.
At this point we had 1 female and 3 males. Where are all the girls at?
The picture above is when we finally had all the puppies delivered. After
the fourth puppy we had to visit the vet to help get the rest out. Buttercup got some calcium and medicine which helped
give Buttercup the energy to deliver the rest of the puppies. I actually had to help deliver puppies in the car on the
way home from the vet. The last one was born after we arrived home. The 7 dwarfs are all eating while Buttercup
and all of us are recuperating from the long night and morning.
The picture above everyone is doing great, and Buttercup is getting
the rest she needs.
The picture above shows all the puppies doing what they do best, while my daughter
is giving them some individual attention. Buttercup watches as my daughter gives the puppy some love.
The picture above shows Buttercup getting love and attention that she enjoys
from one of her favorite people, my daughter.
The picture above shows my son giving one of the puppies a snuggle.
The picture above is
a couple of the puppies enjoying a nap together!
The picture above is Buttercup smiling away 3 days after giving
birth.
The picture above is the puppies chowing down at 3 days old.
What a sleepy head!!! SHHHHHHHHHHHHH
What a hard life! Eating, Sleeping and you know what!
I know Mom is around her somewhere. I can't wait for
my eyes to open!!1
Pile Up!!!
Who you looking at?
A little more than a handful!
The Three Amigos
You are such a soft pillow.
Dreaming of a large yard, bones and lots of treats!!!
Scoot over please!!!
The puppies are now walking,
seeing and hearing everything around them!!
Puppy party out of the whelping box!!!
Spending some quality time together!
Where is everyone at?
Such a nice head rest!!
The puppies go marching one by one hoo raaa, hoo raaa!
All that marching wore them out
All but one was wore out
The puppies got their first meal of mush!(Moist Puppy Food w/ Puppy
Formula)
YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!
After eating or swimming in their first meal came their first real
bath.
All cleaned up and enjoying the nice snuggle!
Worn Out with the Eating and Bath!
And then when they woke up they went outside for the first time!!!
Very exciting even though they explored and then laid down for another nap.
Always need a good snuggle buddy to sleep soundly.
Here is someone who is still half awake!
Why is everyone so tired?
I am ready to explore some more!!
Sisterly Love!
The 3 girls still can be held all at once.
But not for much longer!
Big boy looking
so grumpy!! You must need another nap.
If we just pretend like we don't see her maybe she will go
away with that thing that keeps flashing at us.
HOW YOU DOING!!!
I know I look good you don't have to keep taking pictures!
He did it first!!
Just practicing my walk for the Catwalk. Gosh, I am
just too cute!! Or at least that is what the lady said with the camera.
Hi there everyone!!
My new family has picked a name for me.
It is Sedona!
Here is a clue for the name that my new family gave me.
Can you guess what it is?:
I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes,
big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer. Well, good God Almighty which way do I steer, for my Cheeseburger in Paradise.
And the answer is:

The Three Amigos!!
Well, my new family has named me Trixie.
I am resting until they come by to visit me again.
High Five!!
